We offer classes both in-person at our Caddington Studio and online. Clients must pre-book onto classes via our online booking system or by calling the studio.

A low-impact, strength and conditioning-focused class specifically tailored to support women's wellbeing.
This welcoming class is suitable for all levels and focuses on every area of the core — strengthening your abdominals, back and stabilising muscles. You'll build a stronger core, improve your posture, and support your overall fitness.

A Daytime Class suitable for all ages, for those new to Pilates.
This gentle introduction to Pilates is designed for complete beginners. You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates, including posture, breathing, and core control. Each class will gradually build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness in a supportive and accessible manner. By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident moving through the key Pilates exercises and ready to continue your practice.
Suitable for individuals with back pain.

Daytime Passes are for our Daytime Studio classes only (Mat Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, Keep Fit & GPT). Reformer classes are not included.

Platinum Class Passes are intended for 1-hour & Specialist classes. However, these passes cover all our evening and daytime classes. Reformer is not included in Platinum Class Passes.

These Reformer Memberships are valid for 50-minute sessions. Unused credits will roll into the following month, for a maximum of two months from purchase. There is 3-month minimum sign-up period. We require 30 days notice to cancel a membership in writing.
