Club 60 offers specially tailored daytime classes designed for individuals aged 60 and above, held at our bespoke boutique wellness studio. These small-group sessions provide personalised attention and can be accessed through flexible options, including monthly memberships, 4- or 8-session blocks, or pay-as-you-go plans.
Our over-60s classes focus on gentle, low-impact exercises with fewer transitions between movements, making them ideal for maintaining fitness while minimising strain.
While designed with the over-60s in mind, these classes are also suitable for:

Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:05 am.
About the class
This class consists of an aerobic warm-up and workout section, followed by toning exercises for the legs, bum & arms—no floorwork involved.

Mondays at 10:50 am & 11:45 am and Tuesdays at 11:15 am.
About the class
A gentle Pilates class suitable for the over 60s and those new to Pilates. This class is slower-paced, with fewer transitions to each position.

Wednesdays at 10:50 am.

A gentle, low-impact class, working through movements that stretch and mobilise the body, supporting overall health and well-being.

Mat Pilates (Mixed/Intermediate): Thursdays at 10:15 am
Mat Pilates (Beginners): Thursdays at 11:10 am
Reformer Pilates (Beginners): Wednesdays at 11:45 am
