MEMBERSHIP FREEZES
Class passes have a generous validity 8 weeks for a 4 session pass and 16 weeks for a 8 session pass.
Passes will not be extended past their expiry if you do not use them within their time frame.
We will only extend the pass (if needed), if we have had to cancel the class or due to long term illness or an operation where you are unable to attend for more than 1 month.
We do not offer Pass refunds if you do not attend or use up your pass within it's expiry.

We require 24hours notice to cancel or amend a Massage or Personal Training Session. Less than 24hours notice will incur full charge. This includes reducing the time of a treatment.
We Require 30 days’ notice to cancel a membership – If your payment has been cancelled without notifying us and given 30 days’ notice you will be invoiced for the full amount plus an early termination fee
All Membership cancellations must be emailed to admin@platinumwellness.co.uk for our admin assistant to action
Verbal, WhatsApp/Messenger/Text Messages will not be accepted as notification to cancel.
