TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
- Minimum 1 month subscription
- 31 days notification to cancel
- If you decide to cancel your membership, and later decide to rejoin, you will not be able to rejoin on the same membership if it is not available/or at the same price as when you cancelled - you will need to rejoin at the current membership rate.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZES
- Memberships can not be frozen for Holidays or short term illness
- We may consider freezing or cancelling your membership and rejoining at your previous membership rate in cases of long term chronic illness or for an operation where you are unable to attend for longer than 1 month. Please email admin@platinumwellness.co.uk to discuss this.
CLASS PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Class passes have a generous validity 8 weeks for a 5 session pass and 16 weeks for a 10 sesdsion pass.
Plus passes are designed for more frequent use and are valid for 6 weeks.
Passes will not be extended past their expiry if you do not use them within their time frame.
We will only extend the pass (if needed), if we have had to cancel the class or due to long term illness or an operation where you are unable to attend for more than 1 month.
We do not offer Pass refunds if you do not attend or use up your pass within it'sexpiry.
CANCELLATION POLICY

- All classes must be prepaid.
- 24 hours notice is needed to cancel a class, less than 24hours will mean you will lose that session.
- Transfers can be made up to 12hours before - If you transfer a class to another session within a 1-week period.
We require 24hours notice to cancel or amend a Massage or Personal Training Session. Less than 24hours notice will incur full charge. This includes reducing the time of a treatment.
We Require 31 days’ notice to cancel a membership – If your payment has been cancelled without notifying us and given 31 days’ notice you will be invoiced for the full amount plus an early termination fee
All Membership cancellations must be emailed to admin@platinumwellness.co.uk for our admin assistant to action
Verbal, WhatsApp/Messenger/Text Messages will not be accepted as notification to cancel.
