Designed for those new to Pilates, and those who would like to manage their back pain
These sessions are designed to familiarise you with the fundamental principles of Pilates, including Neutral Position, Pelvic Floor and Core Activation, and Breathing techniques. You'll also learn essential Pilates positions and movements required to participate in a Reformer or Matwork class.
