CLUB 60

Club 60: Daytime Classes for Wellness and Mobility


Club 60 offers specially tailored daytime classes designed for individuals over 60, held at our bespoke boutique wellness studio. These small-group sessions provide personalised attention and can be accessed through flexible options, including monthly memberships, 4- or 8-session blocks, or pay-as-you-go plans.


What Makes Club 60 Unique?

Our over-60s classes focus on gentle, low-impact exercises with fewer transitions between movements, making them ideal for maintaining fitness while minimising strain.


Who Else Can Benefit?

While designed with the over-60s in mind, these classes are also suitable for:


  • Individuals under 50 recovering from injuries.
  • Those with mobility challenges.
  • Beginners starting their exercise journey.


Join us at Platinum Wellness to experience supportive, inclusive sessions designed to enhance your mobility, strength, and well-being.


OVER 60’S LOW IMPACT AEROBICS  - Mondays & Wednesdays 10am 

 This class consists of an aerobic warm up and workout section, followed by toning exercises for the legs, bums & arms. No floorwork involved.  


OVER 60’S PILATES - Mondays 10.45am & 11.45am, Tuesdays 10.45am, Wednesdays 10.45am

Gentle Pilates class suitable for the over 60’s and those new to Pilates. This class is slower paced, with less transitions to each position.  


DANCEFIT - Tuesdays 10am

Fun dance fitness exercise class. Covering a range of routines from salsa, ballroom, pop and more.

TOTAL BODY STRETCH

This gentle class is perfect for stretching and mobilising your body, helping to ease tight, achy muscles and joints. It's an excellent complement to any fitness routine, providing relaxation and improved flexibility.



Yoga

VINYASA FLOW YOGA 

Vinyasa emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels.

       

FITNESS FREESTYLE YOGA

FFY is a fitness program that incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and fitness principles. Fitness Freestyle Yoga mimics Yoga in its breathing and style offering postures that endorse strength and stability. 


CHAIR YOGA

A yoga class using a chair. Great for extra support and those with mobility issues or injuries.

 Small Group Personal Training (PT)

Our Small Group PT sessions combine the benefits of personal training with the motivation and camaraderie of a group environment. 


These classes are intentionally kept small to ensure personalised attention, allowing our trainers to provide individual adaptations and close observation for every participant.


Each session is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. We incorporate a variety of training styles to keep workouts engaging and effective, including:


  • Cardio Workouts: Boost your heart rate and stamina.
  • Toning Exercises: Focus on sculpting and defining your muscles.
  • Weights & Resistance Bands: Build strength and improve muscle tone.
