Our Classes are offered as in person at our Caddington Studio or as Hybrid sessions (both in person & online)
All classes must be pre-booked either via our online booking site or by calling us.
We offer Monthly subscriptions, Class Passes & Pay As You Go options.
We offer PAYG options for our classes - Our Classes are divided into 2 categories - STANDARD & PLATINUM
Standard Classes are 45 min classes (Mostly Daytime) and 1hr Dancefit / Fitstep classes. We offer PAYG, 5 session & 10 Session CLASS PASSES for these classes, these options are best if you are attending 1 class per week
We also offer a STANDARD PLUS PASS - Which is intended for those who attend 2 or more classes per week - The Standard Plus Pass includes our 60min Daytime Pilates classes which is not included in the normal Standard pass
Platinum classes are 1hr Pilates, Yoga, GPT & specialist classes such as MamaFit (and all standard classes too).
We offer PAYG, 5 session & 10 Session CLASS PASSES for these classes, these options are best if you are attending 1 class per week
We also offer a PLATINUM PLUS PASS - Which is intended for those who attend 2 or more classes per week
We offer a selection of monthly memberships - We require 31 days notice to cancel a membership - most our memberships only require a 1 month minimum sign up unless stated otherwise

Classes in our Club 60 membership are daytime classes that are specifically for or suitable for the Over 60’s held at our Bespoke Boutique Wellness Studio which offers Specialist Small Group sessions as either a monthly membership, block sessions of 5 & 10 or pay as you go.
Our over 60’s classes are designed to be lower impact than our standard classes, also with less transitions between each exercise.
These classes are also suitable for those UNDER 50 who are recovery from an injury, have mobility issues or starting your exercise journey.
The classes that are included in the Club 50 Membership are in the Daytime. However our evening classes are also suitable as we give high and low impact options, adaptations, regressions and progressions in our classes.
OVER 60’S LOW IMPACT AEROBICS This class consists of an aerobic warm up and workout section, followed by toning exercises for the legs, bums & arms. No floorwork involved.
OVER 60’S PILATES Gentle Pilates class suitable for the over 50’s and those new to Pilates. This class is slower paced, with less transitions to each position.
DANCEFIT Fun dance fitness exercise class. Covering a range of routines from salsa, ballroom, pop and more.
We do also offer classes in the Evenings that are also suitable too.

Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise for everyone. We offer classes different types of Pilates classes from Beginners to Intermediate, Remedial, Over 50's, Mens only, Ladies only, Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates.

TOTAL BODY STRETCH
A gentle class to stretch & mobilise your body, great to relieve tight achy muscles & joints.
FLOWLATES
A class that blends Pilates, yoga and stretching together. The movements will seamlessly flow from one to the other. Suitable for all ages and levels
SMALL GROUP PT
We keep these classes small so that we can still give individual adaptations and observation.
Cardio & toning class Using weights & resistance bands, this class varies each week from circuit style, HITT to resistance training.
We offer this as an outdoor class & small groups at our private studio.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
BEGINNERS YOGA
Suitable for those who are completely new to yoga, returning after a break or simply wanting to revisit their approach to postures and alignment. Classes will focus on basic yoga principles. Looking to reconnect with our bodies, mobilising, strengthening, and stabilising whilst releasing stress and tension.
SLOW FLOW & RESTORE YOGA
A deeply nourishing and nurturing class open to everybody. Focusing on mobilising and releasing fascia, stress, and tension at the end of the week and creating space in body and mind.
HATHA FLOW YOGA
Combines traditional hatha yoga with vinyasa style sequencing. I aim to capture and balance the spiritual essence of yoga with physical fitness perfectly. A class suitable for people of all levels and abilities.
FITNESS FREESTYLE YOGA
FFY is a fitness program that incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and fitness principles. Fitness Freestyle Yoga mimics Yoga in its breathing and style offering postures that endorse strength and stability.
CHAIR YOGA
A yoga class using a chair. Great for extra support and those with mobility issues or injuries.
LUNCHTIME RELAXATION YOGA
A 30 min relaxation Yoga class.
We offer a range of classes for children and teenagers. Ages 13-15years can attend our adult classes if they are attending with an adult. 16-17 yrs can attend our adult timetable without an adult but must have parental consent to attend.
TEEN FITCLUB
A class for teenagers. Generation-Z children have grown up with tablets, smartphones, schoolwork on a computer. All this has a detrimental effect on a child’s developing body and posture causing back and neck pain which can lead to problems in adulthood. This session aims to correct these postural misalignments, with stretching and strengthening exercises taught in a fun way! We combine Personal Training and Pilates techniques in this class.
MINILATES
A Pilates class designed for children; between the ages of 5 and 10 years.
FAMILY SESSIONS
We will have a range of Family sessions to do with your children, from Pilates, Yoga & Flowlates.
FAMILY CLUBBERCISE
For adults and Children from ages 7. It's a fun class for the family to exercise together which includes learning Dance Fitness routines, games, Dance Battles, Kids V's Adults!
PREGNANCY, POSTNATAL, MUM & BABY CLASSES
Classes are led by our expert Pre & Post Natal Instructors. We run specific classes during pregnancy, Post-natal and Mum and Baby Classes. We also offer Baby Massage and Specialist Personal Training and Massage for pre and post-natal women.
MAMAFIT
Aerobic and toning class which are safe throughout each trimester of pregnancy and after your 6-8week post-natal check with your baby or toddler.
MAMAFIT PREGNANY PILATES
Pilates is a great form of exercise during pregnancy. Doing Pilates exercises throughout pregnancy helps your body to prepare for birth as well as aids recovery afterwards.
MAMAFIT PILATES – POSTNATAL
Postnatal Pilates is a great way to rehab the post-natal body. The exercises are designed to heal and reshaped the post-natal body as well as ensuring that they address common post-natal conditions such as Diastasis Recti (Separation of the abs) and Pelvic floor issues.
